We ensure that all required product information—such as MRP, net quantity, importer details, and manufacturer details—is displayed as mandated where applicable.

Where products are sourced from third-party suppliers, the supplier/manufacturer information is provided as available from original packaging or supplier documentation.

4. Product Information & Accuracy

  1. We make every effort to display accurate product images, specifications, and details.

  2. Minor variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to supplier/manufacturer batch differences or display settings.

  3. Product descriptions may include information provided by third-party suppliers.

5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  1. All prices shown on the website are inclusive/exclusive of GST (as applicable).

  3. We accept digital payments via secure payment gateways.

  4. In case of pricing errors, Luxerra reserves the right to cancel orders with a full refund.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  3. Luxerra is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics.

  4. Tracking information will be provided once available.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  1. Returns are accepted only for defective/damaged products or incorrect items received.

  2. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  3. Products must be in unused, original condition with packaging.

  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

  5. Prepaid orders canceled due to non-serviceable pincode will be refunded.

  6. We do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind”, unless stated otherwise.

9. Legal Metrology Compliance

For all packaged products:

  • MRP

  • Net quantity

  • Manufacturer/Importer name & address

  • Customer care details

will be displayed on packaging as provided by the original manufacturer/supplier.

10. Limitation of Liability

  1. Luxerra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

  2. We are not responsible for incorrect usage, installation, or damage caused after delivery.

  3. All warranties (if any) are as per manufacturer/supplier terms.

11. Third-Party Products & Services

  1. Some products are fulfilled via third-party manufacturers/importers.

  2. We are not responsible for third-party errors, delays, or misrepresentations.

  3. Customer must refer to original manufacturer details for warranty or additional specifications.

  • Avoid fraudulent orders

  • Refrain from copying or redistributing website content
