Refund Policy

We want your experience with Luxerra to be smooth and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Item is damaged

  • Item is defective

  • Wrong item received

Customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of mind

  • Size/color dissatisfaction (unless incorrect item sent)

  • Items without original packaging

3. Refund Process

  1. Customer contacts us → submits proof

  2. Our team inspects the claim

  3. Refund issued to original payment method

Processing time: 5–7 business days

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipping.

  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
