Refund policy

At Luxerra, our products are shipped directly from trusted third-party suppliers. Due to this business model, our return and refund process follows specific conditions, in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • Clear images or video evidence of the issue must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor color or design variations due to screen differences

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or wear and tear

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

  • Free promotional or complimentary items

Return Process

Include:

  • Order ID

  • Images/videos showing the issue

  • Short explanation of the problem

All return requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order type

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a supplier or shipping issue, return pickup may be arranged

  • In certain cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product, and applicable shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

Luxerra reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.
